Refunds
We want you to love your Ososic purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@ososic.com.
Return & Exchange Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
